At Glossd, I strive to create a relaxing and respectful environment for every guest. To make sure everyone’s experience runs smoothly, please take a moment to review the policies below:

❖ Appointment Changes & Cancellations

Life happens, I completely understand! However, to respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

    •    Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 20% fee of the scheduled service.

    •    Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, illness, or injury affecting you or a family member. Please reach out so we can discuss your situation. Communication is always appreciated!

❖ No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without notice, a 50% no-show fee will be charged based on the services booked. No-shows take away valuable time that could be given to another guest, so this policy helps keep things fair for everyone.

❖ Running Late?

Please let me know if you’re running behind! I allow a 10-minute grace period for most appointments. After that, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid overlapping with the next guest.

❖ Children in the Salon

To help maintain a peaceful and focused environment, I kindly encourage children to stay at home when possible. That said, I completely understand that isn’t always doable. Children are welcome if we discuss it ahead of time so I can make sure we’re set up for a smooth appointment.
